Event Space Rentals

SESSC offers room rentals suitable for a variety of occasions including receptions, parties, reunions, seminars, meetings, banquets, and weddings. In addition to offering beautiful rental facilities, we are also a non-profit organization serving the needs of our community. Our renters feel good knowing that all proceeds support a thriving, vibrant community center. Our rooms generally include tables and chairs, and accommodations may be made for TVs, computers, and other conveniences. Additional fees for kitchen, garbage, and attendant will apply.

Social Hall

This spacious hall accommodates up to 175 guests and is ideal for larger events. Round tables, a piano, and a solarium sitting area augment the warm atmosphere. $100/hour or $75/hour for non-profit organizations and SESSC members.  For additional information please call Alex at 206.722.0317 or email at alexa@seniorservices.org

Kitchen

Our large, full-service kitchen includes 6 gas burners, a steam table, a conventional and a conduction oven, two sinks, a refrigerator, warming plates, and a serving window into the Social Hall.

Conference Rooms

We offer several smaller conference rooms suitable for smaller meetings and break-out groups.

Multipurpose Room

Our newly remodeled Multipurpose Room is ideal for small conferences and social events.

Computer Lab

Our newly remodeled Computer Lab includes 8 new HP computers with flat screen monitors may be rented as well.
